EXHIBITORS CAN SHIP DIRECT TO FED EX!

Please time your shipment to arrive between April 28th - May 2nd.  All freight shipped via FedEx will be held at the FedEx facility and delivered directly to the hangar by container on the 2nd. 

Specify on the Airbill: “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.” Please mark c/o Alaska State Aviation Trade Show.  Return shipping by FedEx will be available to exhibitors at the close of the show.

VERY IMPORTANT!  Please, Please, Please, DO NOT SHIP with another freight company to the FedEx hub at 6050 Rockewell!  If you choose to use another way to ship, make your own arrangements to have your freight held at another location and delivered no earlier than Friday the 5th to the FedEx Hangar located at 5800 Lockheed Drive, Anchorage, AK 99502.  Alaska Event Services are available to accommodate incoming and outgoing shipments.  Please make arrangements through them by calling 907-345-8789.  FedEx will not hold or accept any shipments from another company. 

All booths must be removed from the FedEx Hangar by midnight, May 4th.  Please make sure arrangements have been made.
